Mapzino (mapzino.com) is a free hobby project with quiz games. This page explains in plain words what data the site handles.
What we collect
Visit statistics. The site uses GoatCounter, a privacy-friendly analytics service. It counts page views and shows things like the page visited, the referring site, the browser and the country. It does not use cookies, does not track you across websites and does not store your IP address in a way that identifies you.
Your settings. Your chosen color scheme is saved in your own browser (local storage). It never leaves your device.
Scores and answers. Games run entirely in your browser. Your guesses and scores are not sent to or stored on any server.
Accounts and personal data
There are no accounts and no sign-up. We do not ask for your name or any personal details.
Feedback emails
If you write to feedback@mapzino.com, we receive your email address and your message, and use them only to reply to you and to improve the site. We do not share them with anyone.
Advertising
The site currently shows no ads. If ads are added in the future, this page will be updated and, where required, you will be asked for consent first.
Your rights
If you are in the EU/EEA you have the right to access, correct or delete personal data held about you, and to complain to your data protection authority. In Slovakia that is the Office for Personal Data Protection (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov). To exercise your rights, email feedback@mapzino.com.
